When someone calls, you'll see the conversation in real time with these controls:
Ivy Call Screening
When toggled on, Ivy is ready to engage your callers based on the schedule, transfer settings, and other preferences you've set below. This doesn't mean Ivy answers every call — it means she's active and available during your scheduled hours. Turn off to completely disable Ivy and let all calls ring through directly.
Transfer Behavior
Controls how much Ivy tries to help before ringing your phone. Slide left and Ivy handles more on her own. Slide right and she'll connect callers to you faster.
Ivy's Schedule
Set when Ivy answers your calls. During these hours, she'll screen everything. Outside these hours, calls ring your phone normally. Most people leave Ivy on 24/7.
What Ivy Knows
The more Ivy knows, the better she can help. Tell her about your schedule, family, or anything callers might ask about. She'll use this info naturally in conversations — but never shares anything marked private.
🛡️ Safety: Ivy will never share financial info, passwords, SSN, full address, or medical details with callers — even if entered here. Use Private Notes for things Ivy should know but never repeat.
Context Ivy uses internally but never reveals to callers. Great for screening rules.

How It Works
When someone calls, Ivy checks your calendar and offers real available times during the conversation:
- Business calls: "I can schedule you for Tuesday at 2 PM or Wednesday at 10 AM"
- Personal calls: "They're available this evening after 6 PM or tomorrow afternoon"
- Recurring availability: Ivy learns your patterns and preferences
